How can I view my reservation?

If you booked your reservation through this, our brand website, or by phone at our reservation call center, here is how to view, modify, or cancel your reservation: i.) Enter the city and state you've reserved at in the "Find Your Destination" box on the homepage. ii.) Enter both your Confirmation Number and last name and press search. iii.) Press "Change Stay Details" to modify your reservation or- cancel by pressing "Cancel Reservation".

Can I modify or cancel my reservation online?

Yes. Go to the original booking source. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will need to enter your last name and the confirmation number. When the reservation appears, you can modify or cancel the existing reservation. (Please note when cancelling a reservation, you may be charged a penalty if the cancellation is within the cancel policy.)

Where is the cancel policy listed?

You will find the cancellation policy listed after you have selected the room type and rate. It will be listed under "Booking Terms" provided at the bottom of the Book It! page.

How can I check rates and availability without making a reservation?

You can check rates and availability by following the same process you do to make a reservation. You are not obligated to provide a credit card and book a reservation, unless you choose to book a reservation during the process.

How long does it take for the property to receive my online reservation?

Reservations are delivered directly to the hotel within 15 minutes of confirmation.

I never received my online reservation confirmation. Why?

The reservation confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you have provided when completing the reservation information online. If your e-mail address was entered incorrectly or is no longer valid, our system cannot send you a written confirmation. This does not change the status of your reservation; however, it will prevent you from receiving a written confirmation to your e-mail address.

How can I find an existing reservation?

Go to the original booking source (our brand website). Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will need to enter your last name and the confirmation number. When the reservation appears, you can review, modify or cancel the existing reservation.

Will I be charged if I don't cancel my reservation?

Yes, if you do not cancel your reservation in the time allotted per your confirmed reservation or if you do not show up for your stay your credit card provided at time of booking will be charged.

Will my credit card be charged at the time of booking?

In most cases the credit card provided at time of booking is for guarantee purposes only and is not charged prior to arrival. There are certain rate plans that require prepayment and for those reservations your card will be charged at time of booking. Please refer to the policies provided for the rate and room type during the booking process.

Where do I send questions about this website?

Proceed to menu choice marked "Contact Us" in the upper navigation located on all of the webpages. On that page you will be provided a form to complete for any questions or issues.

Why can't I find a reservation I made at the property directly or via the toll-free phone number on this site?

Only reservations that are made on this site will be able to be displayed. If you made the reservation through the toll-free phone number, at the property directly or on another website you will need to contact them directly for assistance.

How do I contact guest relations?

Proceed to menu choice marked "Contact Us" in the upper navigation located on all of the webpages. On that page you will be provided a form to complete for any questions or issues.

What are the policies regarding Pets? Do children stay free?

The policy for pet acceptance and the age children stay free vary from property to property. Please refer to the Booking Terms listed at the bottom of the reservation page on the "Book It" section. All property specific terms and conditions along with age of children and pet policy will be provided.

How do I book a handicap accessible room?

Handicap accessible rooms may be booked on this website and will be listed as an option if available at the time of booking. It is highly recommended that you contact the property directly to ensure that the room offers all the necessary amenities (i.e. roll-in shower).

If I change my online reservation will I still get the same rate?

That will depend upon how the reservation is changed. If you are adding additional nights the original rate confirmed may not be available for those nights and any additional nights will be charged at the available rate at time of booking. If you change a reservation that required a minimum/maximum number of nights to receive the rate and that minimum/maximum no longer meets the requirement due to the change you are making there may be a rate change.

Is a credit card required for an online booking?

A valid credit card is required for all online reservations. Please refer to the property you are making a reservation for accepted credit cards.

How do I make a reservation for a large group (family reunion, wedding, etc.)?

To inquire about receiving group rates please refer to the menu choice called "Groups & Meetings" in the upper navigation found on all the website pages or Click Here. Please complete the Request for Proposal Form and submit, and one of our professional group planners will contact you within 24-48 hours.

How can I make a special request regarding my stay?

Please include any special request in the field provided at the bottom left on the booking page where you provide your contact and payment information.
