Vantage Hospitality Captures Chain Leadership Award for Lexington Collection's Target 100 Guest Satisfaction Program

(CLEVELAND, April 6, 2009) - For the sixth time in the last seven years, Vantage Hospitality Group has been bestowed a Chain Leadership Award by Lodging Hospitality Magazine. The annual awards edition, which honors the best achievements among hotel brands in the past year, recognized The Lexington Collection's Target 100 guest satisfaction program in the Customer Service category.

The premise of the Target 100 program is to engage guests in the heart of the brand's culture and philosophy of achieving the ultimate goal in customer service - 100% satisfaction. The Target 100 program epitomizes the brand's commitment to provide an exceptional experience for each and every guest. The program encompasses a solution-based process that addresses a guest's concerns on the spot by extracting any negatives from the guest's experience and thus providing a positive outcome. The three-tier program guides the front desk representatives in immediately handling complaints and offers a step-by-step process in allocating compensation, if necessary, based on the level of complaint.

Last year, Vantage Hospitality captured the Chain Leadership Award in the Development category for SPIN - Americas Best Value Inn's weekly webcast (Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. ET) that allows prospective owners to speak with President and CEO Roger Bloss and learn more about the brand. The Lexington Collection also has a weekly webcast every Thursday at 2:00 p.m. ET.
