VANTAGE HOSPITALITY EXPANSION CONTINUES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PACIFIC
Chinas Best Value Inn Opens in Suzhou City, Americas Best Value Inn Adds 11 Properties in August
(CLEVELAND, OH) - September 24, 2008 -Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc. is continuing its fast growing trek on two continents. A Chinas Best Value Inn recently opened in Suzhou City, while Americas Best Value Inn added 11 properties and 643 rooms in August, bringing the year-to-date total to a record-setting 97 new members in just eight months.

Ohio and Texas experienced the greatest growth with two new properties each, while California, Missouri, Kansas, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Florida, and New Mexico followed with one apiece. Of the 11 properties, two are new construction, eight are conversions, and one is an independent. The largest of the added properties in terms of rooms are Houston, Texas, (124 rooms) and Melbourne, Fla. (108 rooms).
Vantage Continues Growth in China
Located in the new developing science and technology zone of Gaoxin, the newest 83-room Chinas Best Value Inn on Binhe Road, Suzhou City, offers guests four room choices (twin, twin deluxe, queen, king deluxe) and is located near popular attractions and commercial hubs.
The hotel joins two Chinas Best Value Inn properties already open in Shanghai. The 64-room hotel on the North Bund (Zha Pu Road) is near the Pudong International Airport and commerce centers. The Dongfang Road hotel has 84 rooms and is close to the Lujiazui Financial Trade Zone. Both hotels offer a choice of tastefully decorated guest rooms (executive, standard, deluxe or suite) with many amenities.
All three properties offer Internet, a restaurant serving breakfast and snacks daily, and a 24-hour business center in addition to being near restaurants, shopping, popular tourist attractions, and public transportation. Four additional Chinas Best Value Inn properties with similar accommodations are expected to open before the end of 2008.
